Book a Room, Protect Your Carpet

Have you ever hosted a meeting at your house, and your guests spilled iced tea all over your clean carpet?

Instead of calling Stanley Steemer, discover how easily you can book meeting space on PageAfterPage.org, the new Johnson County Public Library website.

PageAfterPage.org allows you to find and schedule the perfect room at one of our branches -- even for free if you are meeting for a good cause.

Go to the site and discover these 5 great things about our room service:

1. Each branch has a Community Room.

Meeting spaces are available at the Franklin, Trafalgar, White River and Clark Pleasant branches for patrons to reserve or rent for business meetings, private parties and other special celebratory events.

2. For privacy, try our quiet study rooms.

The Franklin and Trafalgar branches offer quiet study rooms for studying, depositions and business consultations. Use by individuals for study is usually free. These rooms are also available to rent for business use for $10 per hour.

3. We've got equipment to make your meeting successful.

Laptops and overhead projectors are available for check out for a small fee. Other items such as screens, white boards and audio-visual carts are available to check out at no cost.

4. Got a non-profit or community group? Rent a room for free.

Non-profit groups may reserve the Community Rooms at no charge up to twice a month for educational, cultural, recreational and civic purposes. All meetings must be free and open to the general public.

5. You can reserve a room from your computer.

Visit www.pageafterpage.org/book-a-meeting-room/ and click on the link that says Reserve a Room. It’s easy: Fill out the online form and you will receive a confirmation email.
